About Surendra KC

Widely, Surendra Kc is well known for the character Mula Saag in Meri Bassai Serial. Surendra Kc was local deweller of Lalitpur, Senapa. From Childhood Day, Surendra Kc was interested in watching movies and used to learn acting. But watching cinemas was tough work for Surendra because of the financial crisis for movie tickets. On another hand family members dislike watching the cinemas. 

The oldest legendary Artists of that time Madan Krishna Shrestha, Hari Bahadur Shrestha, and Rajpal Hada used to conduct comedy dramas around the street and Chowks of Kathmandu. Especially, on Dashain and Tihar occasions. So,  To watch such street drama, Surendra KC  secretly visits such a spot. He was that much crazy about the drama that, At that time there was no access to electricity, after evening, there is the custom of early sleeping in the family. So, Surendra Kc also makes an act of sleeping. But after their parents get slept, Surendra Secretly leaves the room through the way of the roof and attends street drama nearby Patan or sometimes reached Asan Bazar. So, Surendra's inquisitiveness toward acting leads him to become a successful comedian artist.

Early Life of Surendra KC

Surendra Kc, spend his childhood day in Lalitpur, Senapa splendiferously because his father was a hospital compounder at Shanta Bhawan hospital, which was owned by the American people. So, his father has a good relationship with foreigners. That means Surendra's parents were capable to afford and fulfilling every demand. In addition, Surendra used to wear casual clothes Like jeans and shirt which was imported from America. In such a manner his father reared him.

His Father was limited to a hospital compounder so, wanted to look at Surendra as a doctor in the future. So, To enhance their quality of education, his father recruits him to the renowned English Boarding School. Surendra continued his schooling from class four. For a few months, Surendra daily started to attend every class. But later Surendra was summoned with the spoiled child group. Instead of studying his group secretly used to plan for watching Cinemas at the theater. Such activities were used to please Surendra and draw attention to the artistry sector.  After a certain time, their hidden activities were exposed in front of their parents. and Surendra receives crucial punishment at that time for his mistake.

After that incident, Surendra stays without studying for 2 years. Then, his Father decided to recruit him to V.S Niketan Secondary School. As per his father's decision Surendra enrolled in V.S Niketan Secondary School and give continuity to his study. Fortunately, Surendra got good friends and seriously. focused on study. But the interest in watching street drama and movies is still alive within him.

At that time Surendra was an average student in study. From V.S Niketan Secondary School Surendra appeared in SLC and secures the third division in the Examination. Similarly, for Higher education, Surendra enrolled in Tahachal Campus. At the Tahachal campus also meet spoiled types of friends and gets disappointed in his education. Because his interest was artistry field.  In the morning time, he used to attend Campus classes, and in the daytime, he began work as a waiter in the Mall Hotel, that job was recommended by his father. 

In the name of morning class, he leaves from home, Instead of taking the class he used to visit cinemas. Surendra become pathetic in acting and drowned in the field of artistry sector. By looking at Surendra's Mispath, worries in the family started to shrine. And Finally, the Family decided to marry him with the expectation of his behavioral transformation. So, Surendra was unable to disagree with Family decisions and tied into Matrimonial relationships at a younger age.

After getting married, non of behavioral changeability was addressed in Surendra. But further Turning into a spoiled and unresponsible man. Over every attitude, Surendra used to get support from his Mother and Wife. In the name of office, he used to leave home routinely but in reality, he was unemployed. From all these scenarios his father was unaware. Because none of the suspicious evidence was left by his Wife and Mother about Surendra. At the end of the month anyhow Surendra used to collect money and show remuneration to build trust in front of his father.

After the establishment of Nepal Television in 2041 B.S.  Small Budget serial production and advertisement activities began. With the hope of a chance in acting, Surendra started to investigate the Director and producer. So that anyone provides him an opportunity for an act.

Surendra KC came to know that, Bishnu Sharma has taken one health-related short movie project named Baxita from the health ministry. With the hope of opportunity, Surendra appealed for a role, and     Bishnu Sharma offer one role by judging his talent. Legendary artists of that time like Mithila Sharma, Birendra Hamal, Tika Pahadi, and Surendra were arranged for that work. That opportunity brought a bundle of happiness but he cannot share it with his family. 

The shooting spot for that movie was in the Godavari which was a far distance from home. Anyhow Surendra Manage some days for shooting. But early morning to late night shooting creates difficulty for time management. His hidden work in Teleserial was revealed among the family member. Because of his daily unscheduled arrival at home. At that time, Surendra was the father of one daughter, so, his father unable to beat and scold him. Such activities of Surendra also badly hurt his mother and wife.

Surendra never thinks of dropping serial for ongoing problems in the family. To overcome from daily arrival and departure problem, Surendra appealed to Birendra Hamal and other senior artists for a small space for shelter. Until the completion of the shooting they permit to stay side by a cottage of their house, Surendra spends the night without family in a small cottage. To become artist lots of sacrifices have been done in his life.

 After performing Various genres of short movies, Surendra started to Came into the sight of directors. In the course of filming, Surendra got the opportunity to work in collaboration with Deepak Chetry, Nir shah, Ashok Sharma, and Ravi Khadka which further heighten his acting ability.  Again Resh Raj Acharya offered him a good role in the Jham kali ko Sansar serial. Similarly, at that time Shambhu Pradhan was going to make a Sampati movie. For that movie, fortunately, the assistant director was Resh Raj Acharya. Luckily Resh raj Approached Surendra for the Sampati movie as well. In that movie, Surendra plays the role of Arjun Shrestha's friend. Arjun Shrestha was the Hero of that movie. That movie remains a hit and earns money.

Arab Life of Surendra KC

Of looking son's hell situation, his father forced him to send Hongkong for employment. By listening to the   Hongkong, at that time Surendra was happy. But later Surendra came to know that by name of Hongkong his father secretly planned to send him to Araba country.

Because of his critical financial status until that time and worthless progress in his acting career, he went to Arab for employment. He spends 2 years in Arab and earns some money and returns home.

Before visiting Araba, his wife was pregnant. After going Arab, his wife gave birth to a son. After earning some money in Arab, some sort of happiness was observed in the family. Again after Nepal's arrival, Surendra engaged in the filming sector and joined with resh serial project. In the process of working Surendra meets with Kiran KC. Toward that day, both brothers maintained good relationships with each other and still today they have a harmonious relationship. 

Likewise, on the recommendation of Kiran kc, Surendra got the opportunity to play in Lalpurja Movie. and offer the role of a land agent. His performance was appreciated by Directors and preferred by the audience. After then Surendra shares most of the screen with Maha Jodi. 

Similarly, Ashok Sharma produced Garib Movie by casting Surendra KC,  Narayan Tripathi, Shyam Rai, Shree Krishna Shrestha, Subir pandit, and him in lead roles. That movie becomes a super hit and earns a healthy profit. After that, Ashok offers a good role in Sita's movie as well.  In such a way, Surendra wet in the artistry sector. From that time Director started to approach him.

At that time Surendra's performance was remarkable and appreciatable but his income was not satisfactory.  All the earn money from Arab was handover his to father. Slowly, his son was growing, and his family and school expenses started to pressurize him. Income generate from the filming sector was sufficient for paying expenses for his son.

Until that time, Surendra had an extended family of one daughter and two sons. Slowly Surendra started to realize. the essence of a good job and the responsibility of parenthood. During that tenure, Ashok Sharma offered him the movie Mr. Ram Krishe for the lead role with Shree Krishna Shrestha and Rajesh hamal. But Surendra refuse that proposal by saying now I am not interested in film, I am going to Korea for employment. Over that Ashok responded positively to such a decision.

By considering the future of their family, Surendra Departure to Korea and struggle there for 2 years. With a healthy income, Surendra returns to Nepal. From that day Surendra was financial and economically Stable. The family members are also soft toward him and the father also grants permission for the artistry sector.

By 2016, Surendra had played  84 big movies and uncountable Teleserial along with Bhuvan KC, Ashok kc and Uddhav Paudel, and  Shambhu Pradhan and had a harmonious relationship with them

Mainly, He becomes popular in the movie Lalpurga. those who watch that movie applauded for his acting. Until then, he was an established artist in the entertainment sector. he started to earn well and was able to fill the financial need of the family.

Likewise one day Daman Ruphaketi called him by offering the father's role of Suntali in the Meri Bassai Serial. By accepting that proposal, Surendra Kc begins Meri Bassai's journey in 3 episodes. Still today he is associated with Meri Bassai. He has done and done lots of stage programs. In the course of the stage program, Surendra Has already visited 12 European, UK, and all gulf countries. and Roamed 14 zones and seventy-five districts.

Today his parent and wife are happy about Surendra's artistry. Both Sons were studying in Australia and his Daughter was married and lived in the UK.
